Last year, there were some unforgettable pregnancy announcements, including Rihanna’s reveal at the Super Bowl Halftime Show, gold-medal-gymnast Shawn Johnson’s announcement in front of the Olympic rings in Athens, and totally unexpected baby pictures from Paris Hilton and Chrissy Teigen.

Actress Margot Robbie and director Tom Ackerley are expecting their first child! People magazine confirmed that these seasoned film creatives are going to be parents.
Robbie and Ackerley met on the set of _Suite Française_ in 2013. In 2016, they were married in a private ceremony in Byron Bay, Australia.
Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger
Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger are pregnant with another baby! Although more details are yet to be revealed, People magazine confirmed the news.
Pratt and Schwarzenegger have two daughters—Lyla Maria and Eloise Christina. Pratt has another child with ex-wife Anna Faris—a son named Jack.
Justin and Hailey Bieber
Singer Justin Bieber and his wife, Hailey, are expecting their first child together. The Biebers announced their pregnancy on Instagram in May.
In a video of their vow renewal, Hailey wears a form-fitting dress, showing off her bump. She is absolutely glowing in her announcement photos!
Patrick and Brittany Mahomes
Kansas City quarterback Patrick Mahomes is soon going to be a father of three! He and his wife Brittany Mahomes—co-owner of Kansas City Current—are expecting another baby.
The couple announced the pregnancy on Instagram in a video that featured soon-to-be older siblings Sterling and Bronze. We’ll see if baby number three has another flashy and fabulous name!
Christian Slater and Brittany Lopez
Actor Christian Slater and his wife, Brittany Lopez, have announced that they are expecting. Lopez debuted her baby bump on the red carpet of Slater’s new movie, _Unfrosted_.
Slater and Lopez have a daughter, who was born in 2019. With ex-wife Ryan Haddon, Slater is also father to a son born in 1999 and a daughter born in 2001.
Mandy Moore and Taylor Goldsmith
Actress Mandy Moore is expecting a girl with her husband, Taylor Goldsmith. This will be her third child and her first daughter.
She announced her pregnancy on Instagram. She captioned the post “Sometimes life imitates art. The third in our own Big Three is coming soon. Can’t wait for these boys to have a baby sister. 💓💓”
Henry Cavill and Natalie Viscuso
Actor Henry Cavill, known for starring in _Man of Steel_, is expecting his first child with his girlfriend, Natalie Viscuso. Cavill dropped the news in a red carpet interview.
He told _Access Hollywood,_ “I’m very excited about it. Natalie and I are both very excited about it. I’m sure you’ll see much more of that.”
Kali Uchis and Don Toliver
Singer Kali Uchis and rapper Don Toliver announced that they are expecting in a very fitting way: a music video! Uchis’s video for “Tu Corazón Es Mio” includes footage of her and her boyfriend slow dancing and at doctor’s appointments.
Uchis captioned an Instagram post announcing her pregnancy with “Starting our family ❤️🩹.” Fellow musicians like SZA and Halle Bailey congratulated them in the comments.
Nelly and Ashanti
Musicians Nelly and Ashanti have announced both their engagement and that they are expecting a child! Ashanti confirmed the news to Essence in April.
“Motherhood is something that I have looked forward to,” Ashanti said, “and sharing this with my family, fiancé, and loyal fans, who have been so supportive of my career, is an amazing experience.”
Parker McCollum and Hallie Ray Light
Country singer Parker McCollum and his wife, Hallie Ray Light, announced their pregnancy on Instagram. Hallie captioned the post, “God’s little blessing.”
In the comments, McCollum joked, “Wow! Awesome news! So happy to hear about this! I love you babe! Congrats!”
Joaquin Phoenix and Rooney Mara
Actor Joaquin Phoenix of _Joker_ fame and his partner Rooney Mara are expecting their second child together. Mara revealed her baby bump on February 16th.
Phoenix and Mara have a son together, who was born in 2020. They have been together since 2016.
Lea Michele and Zandy Reich
Singer and actress Lea Michele, best known for starring in _Glee_, announced that she and her husband, Zandy Reich, are expecting their second baby!
Michele and Reich have another child together—Ever Leo—who was born in 2020. Michele announced her pregnancy on Instagram with the caption, “Mommy, Daddy and Ever are overjoyed. 💛”
Peta Murgatroyd and Maks Chmerkovskiy
_Dancing With the Stars _pros Peta Murgatroyd and Maks Chmerkovskiy recently announced the pregnancy of their third child in a funny video on Instagram. They found that they were pregnant again only four months after the birth of their second child!
Although Peta admitted that “this was very unexpected,” she and Maks are “sooooo happy and so ready to be a family of 5 soon!” They have two sons, Shai and Rio.
Steph and Ayesha Curry
The Currys have decided to become a family of six! Ayesha dropped the news in an interview with _Sweet July Magazine_. Steph and Ayesha have two daughters, Riley and Ryan, and a son named Canon.
Although the actress thought that she and her NBA husband were done having kids, recently their mindset changed. She explained that they felt that “somebody was missing.”
